Seven-time world champion Ronnie O'Sullivan has withdrawn from the World Grand Prix in Hong Kong, which is scheduled to take place from March 4-9. O'Sullivan was set to play China's Si Jiahui in the opening round but has pulled out due to medical reasons. He will be replaced by Iranian Hossein Vafaei. This is not the first time O'Sullivan has withdrawn from a tournament recently, as he also pulled out of the Championship League in January. O'Sullivan has stated that he needs to prioritize his health and wellbeing, and his next scheduled appearance will be at the World Snooker Championship in April.
